　　1)热情开朗，工作效率高，逻辑思维清晰，有良好的沟通、组织、创意、多任务执行能力和高度的专业精神;

　　2)有独立项目策划、执行经验;

　　3)本科及以上学历，有设计、创意管理、媒体、制造业、信息技术相关学习和高校学生活动、课程、研发工作经历者优先;

　　4)在科技、设计、投资等领域有一定人脉资源;

　　5)英语流利，有海外生活或工作经历者优先;

　　6)身体健康，年龄一般不超过35岁。

　　岗位三：课程协调人员

　　岗位职责：

　　1)与授课教师一起参与讨论、制定教学大纲，负责课件的搜集、整理和分析;

　　2)负责课程的日常管理及课后指导，协助教师授课，批改作业及考试监督;

　　3)师生沟通的桥梁，及时反馈双方意见，制作整理评估表;

　　4)协助教师制定学生面试申请要求，组织面试;

　　5)参与课程的宣讲，制作宣讲内容。

　　招聘条件：

　　1)热情开朗，认真负责，有良好的沟通技巧、组织能力和高度的专业精神;

　　2)硕士学位;有活动策划、设计、时尚、创意管理、艺术管理、美术馆相关学习和工作经历者优先;

　　3)有较强策展能力，对于创意艺术有强烈兴趣，有教学经历者优先;

　　4)在艺术教育、课程安排和设备管理方面有相关经验;

　　5)英语流利，有海外生活或工作经历者优先。

　　(十)创管学院

　　岗位一：创新课教师

　　Position Deion:

　　The InnovationInstructorwill be a core member of a teaching group for co-teachinginnovationcourses, including Design Thinking andInnovation Lab.TheDesign Thinkingcourse aims todevelop students’ critical thinking ability, problem-solving skills,and innovative design mindset. TheInnovation Labapplies theoretical knowledge and research skills in group projects on customer research in real-life settings. Apart from classroom teaching and test-based assessment, the instructor will

　　?Lead discussion sessionsin athought-provoking way;

　　?Design project goals andevaluationcriteria;

　　?Provide mentorship and oversight to studentsby advisingthem ongroup projectsand monitoringtheirworkprogress;

　　?Develop and maintain an effectivenetwork ofindustrialexpertiseand linksthat can providecourse-relatedworkshops,talks, andpracticums; and

　　?Developand course materialsand lecture plans.

　　The instructor is also expected to play an active role insupportinginnovationactivitiesin the School by

　　?Participating(and co-teaching) in larger sections of otherinnovation curriculum;

　　?Helpingdesign and implement programs to support and promote creativity and innovationin the school community;

　　?Supportingextracurricular initiatives to nurture student creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship; and

　　?Fulfillingany other requirements as requested by theDean.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required:

　　?AMaster (or higher) Degree (in any field) from a reputed institution

　　?Bilingual (Chinese/English) competence in communication

　　?Two tofiveyears ofteachingexperience (withsuccess in college-level teaching and/orexecutive education)
